Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and CloudBridge IT. CloudBridge IT provides the software and technology, partnered with Precision Craft N Engineering, the industry partner.

You must be able to enter a contract. If you open a Team workspace you act for that company.

Keep your password. Do not share an account. Do not attack the service, scrape it, or use it to break the law.

The live plant is a model. It does not replace a competent person, a survey, or a plant test. You decide what to do on site.

We may suspend an account that harms the service or other users. You may close your account in Settings. If you cannot, email info@cloudbridgeit.co.za.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for production loss, plant decisions, or indirect loss, to the extent South African law allows.

South African law applies. Courts of Gauteng have jurisdiction.

Privacy (POPIA)

We process personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. The responsible party is CloudBridge IT. The Information Officer is reachable at info@cloudbridgeit.co.za.

We collect your name, email, password hash, plan, workspace membership, plants you save, support messages, and sign-in times. The browser also keeps a visitor and session id so we can see which pages are used. We do not collect South African identity numbers.

We use this to run your account, the plant, the workspace, billing, support, and security. The lawful bases are the contract for the account and legitimate interests for security and product use. Marketing mail needs a separate yes.

To run the product we use a server, a database, email, payments when you pay, and Ask when you use it. We prefer the database in Africa or the EU. Some of this may sit outside South Africa. We tell you here. Section 72 conditions: contract with you, and this notice.

Close your account in Settings to delete the login and your saved plants. For a copy or a correction, email info@cloudbridgeit.co.za. We keep an account while it is open, then as long as the law or a dispute requires.

If we have a security compromise that affects you, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

Software license

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use PrecisionFlow for your own process work, for the plan you hold (Free, Pro, or Team).

You do not buy the source, the engine, or the marks. You may not resell seats, scrape the models, or train a competing model on our output.

Team is a software floor. Site or study work by a metallurgist is a separate quote. It is not inside the monthly license.

Demo plants are shared. Your saved plants stay yours. A workspace plant is visible to seats on that workspace.
